AI hiring in Romania
Romania has one of Central and Eastern Europe's deepest technical talent pools, with a strong mathematics and olympiad tradition feeding the universities in Bucharest, Cluj-Napoca, Iasi and Timisoara. Most AI hiring comes from the engineering and delivery centres that multinationals run here, from banks building data and machine learning functions, and from a growing product-software scene. English is standard in the industry and EU membership brings the full AI Act stack.
