Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of AI Hiring Board at https://www.aihiringboard.com (the "Site"), operated by [OPERATOR LEGAL NAME] ("we", "us"). By browsing the Site, subscribing to alerts, buying a listing, or calling our data endpoints, you accept them. If you do not, please do not use the Site.

1. What this Site is

AI Hiring Board is a job board for AI and machine learning roles. Most listings are read directly from employers' own applicant tracking systems and link straight back to them; a smaller number are paid listings submitted by employers. We are not an employer, recruiter, staffing agency, or party to any hiring decision. We do not receive applications, screen candidates, or forward CVs.

We aim for accuracy but do not warrant that a listing is current, complete, or genuine. A role can close at the employer's end before our next refresh. Always confirm the details on the employer's own page before acting on them.

2. Employer listings

2.1 What you are buying

A single job listing is a flat $299 and runs for 30 days from the moment payment completes. There is no review queue: your listing publishes immediately and appears on the board and on the relevant hub pages. Optional add-ons are available at checkout (Brand-color highlight ($59), Pin to top - 7 days ($99), Pin to top - 30 days ($149)) and are one-time charges on top of the base listing. Current prices are always the ones shown at checkout and on the pricing page.

A listing covers one role. Posting several distinct roles under one listing, or reusing a listing for a different role after the first is filled, requires a separate purchase.

2.2 What you promise us

By submitting a listing you confirm that:

• you are authorised to advertise the role on behalf of the employer named;
• the role is genuine, currently open, and the description is accurate, including any salary figures you state;
• the application link goes to the employer's own careers site or applicant tracking system, not to an intermediary page that resells the applicant;
• the listing complies with the employment, equal opportunity, pay transparency, and advertising law that applies where the role is based; and
• you own or are licensed to use any logo or content you upload.

You keep ownership of your listing content. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display, reformat, and syndicate it for the purpose of running and promoting the board, including emitting it as structured data so search engines can index it. That licence ends when the listing is removed, except for cached and archived copies outside our control.

2.3 Refunds

Every post comes with a 7-day no-questions refund. Email hello@aihiringboard.com within 7 days of posting and we refund you in full. You do not have to give a reason, and we will not try to talk you out of it.

• The refund covers the base listing and any add-ons bought with it.
• We process it to the original payment method through Stripe, usually within a few business days. How quickly it appears on your statement is up to your bank.
• The listing comes down when the refund is issued.
• After day 7 the fee is non-refundable, because the listing has had the run it was sold for. We will still take a listing down early on request.
• If we remove a listing for breach of these terms (section 2.4), no refund is due. If we remove it for our own reasons, we refund the unused portion.

2.4 Our right to edit or remove a listing

We may edit a listing for formatting, correct an obvious error, or remove it entirely, at our discretion and without notice where the situation calls for it. Grounds include a listing that:

• is not an AI or machine learning role, which is the only thing this board carries;
• is not a real, currently open vacancy, including listings kept live to collect CVs;
• discriminates unlawfully, or states preferences prohibited where the role is based;
• charges the candidate anything, or advertises training, franchise, commission-only recruitment, or multi-level marketing schemes as employment;
• misrepresents the employer, the compensation, the location, or the remote status;
• routes applicants somewhere other than the employer's own application process;
• contains malware, hidden text, prompt injection, or content aimed at manipulating search engines or AI assistants; or
• infringes someone else's rights.

We may also remove a sourced listing at an employer's request. Employers who would rather not appear at all can write to us and we will exclude them.

3. Job alerts and email

Job alerts are free and optional. You can unsubscribe from any email we send, and doing so deletes the subscription. What we store and how the unsubscribe flow works is set out in the privacy policy. We do not sell subscriber lists.

4. Acceptable use

You may browse, search, save, and share listings freely. You may not:

• scrape, crawl, or bulk-download listings from the Site's pages. The documented endpoints in section 5 exist precisely so you do not have to, and they are what our rate limits are sized for;
• republish our listing corpus, in whole or in substantial part, as a competing board or feed;
• harvest email addresses or personal data from the Site;
• send automated traffic at a volume that degrades the service for others, or attempt to evade rate limiting;
• probe, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site or its infrastructure; or
• misrepresent yourself as us, or use our name or branding in a way that suggests we endorse you.

We may block or rate-limit any client that breaches this section, without notice. Well-behaved search engine and research crawlers that respect robots.txt are welcome.

5. Data licence

We publish aggregate AI hiring data through the endpoints described on our developers page and through our machine-readable interface for AI agents. These terms are the licence behind the attribution request on that page.

5.1 What you may do

We grant you a free, non-exclusive, worldwide, revocable licence to access, query, cache, and reuse the aggregate data those endpoints return, including in commercial products, research, articles, dashboards, and AI assistants, provided you attribute it.

5.2 Attribution

Credit AI Hiring Board as the source, with a link to www.aihiringboard.com wherever a link is possible. In a chat or voice answer where links are not available, naming AI Hiring Board is enough. Attribution must be visible to whoever sees the data, not buried in a source file. Please state the date you retrieved it, since these numbers move.

5.3 Limits

• The licence covers the aggregate data the endpoints return: counts, shares, rates, and curated benchmarks. It does not grant any right to the underlying individual job listings, which belong to the employers who wrote them, nor to bulk extraction of the listing corpus.
• You may not present the data as your own original research, or in a way that implies we endorse, verify, or partner with your product.
• You may not use the data to build a service whose main purpose is republishing our data.
• Endpoints are cached and rate limited. We may change, throttle, or withdraw them, and we may revoke this licence for any user who breaches these terms. We do not promise a stable schema or continued availability, so build defensively.
• Bulk access and custom cuts are available separately. Ask us.

5.4 No warranty on the data

The data is provided as is. It reflects what the employers we track had published at the time we read it and is not a statistically representative sample of the whole AI labour market. Do not use it as the sole basis for a decision with financial, legal, or employment consequences.

6. Our content and yours

The Site's design, written editorial, tooling, and the way we organise and classify listings belong to us. You may quote short extracts with attribution. Anything you submit, whether a listing, a salary submission, or feedback, you confirm you have the right to submit, and you grant us the licence needed to display and use it as described in these terms. Salary submissions are published only in aggregate and anonymously.

7. Disclaimers

The Site is provided as is and as available. To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all implied warranties, including fitness for a particular purpose and uninterrupted availability. We are not responsible for the conduct of any employer or candidate, the outcome of any application, the accuracy of any third-party listing, or anything that happens on a site we link to.

Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, or for lost profits, lost opportunities, or lost data. Our total liability arising out of or relating to the Site or these terms is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, or $299 if you paid us nothing.

9. Indemnity

If you post a listing or use our data, you agree to indemnify us against claims, losses, and reasonable legal costs arising from your content, your use of the Site or the data, or your breach of these terms.

10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for anyone who breaches these terms. You can stop using the Site at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination, including sections 5 to 9, do survive it.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Changes are not retroactive: a listing already purchased runs under the terms in force when it was bought. Continuing to use the Site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of [GOVERNING LAW JURISDICTION], and the courts of that jurisdiction have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute. If you are a consumer, this does not remove the protection of the mandatory law of the country where you live.
