Job Description

About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking an AI Enablement Senior Lead (Senior Lead Artificial Intelligence Solutions Consultant), as part of the AI Enablement team.

You will turn high-value AI opportunities into measurable results across Legal, Public Affairs, and Internal Audit. Partnering with the AI Business Leader, this role will prioritize opportunities and deliver AI-enabled workflows that improve how work gets done.

You will align business, Enterprise AI, Technology, Risk, Compliance, and other partners to move use cases from idea to production quickly and responsibly. Success is measured by adoption and demonstrated gains in productivity, cycle time, hours saved, and business value.

This hands-on role drives AI solutions from idea to adoption by removing barriers, redesigning work, and embedding AI into everyday workflows—not as a standalone project.

In this role, you will:

  • Own and support prioritization of the AI use-case pipeline based on value, effort, and trade-offs
  • Identify high-value AI use cases by working directly with Legal, Public Affairs, and Internal Audit teams to uncover high ROI use cases and target priority workflows
  • Build fast, test with users, and move proven solutions to production in weeks—not quarters—in partnership with Technology and Enterprise AI
  • Redesign workflows end to end, including agentic workflows, with clear autonomy limits, evaluation standards, monitoring, and human review where it matters
  • Drive lasting adoption by equipping users and managers, activating AI Champions, and quickly resolving friction
  • Onboard use cases on the AI Risk Review process to embed controls, complete required validation, and maintain AI safety once in production
  • Measure adoption, efficiency, savings, and return on investment—and act quickly when results fall short
  • Build workforce readiness through focused learning, employee engagement, manager enablement, champion networks, communications, and workflow integration
  • Scale proven solutions through reusable patterns that improve productivity, quality, financial value, and risk outcomes

Required Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of Artificial Intelligence Solutions experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • 4+ years of demonstrated ability to turn business strategy into an executable roadmap, a prioritized use-case pipeline, clear delivery plans, and measurable results
  • 4+ years of experience building business cases and financial or cost models, estimating investment and benefits, and partnering with Finance to track budgets, operating costs, savings, cost avoidance, and return on investment
  • 4+ years of proven ability to align senior leaders and cross-functional partners, make progress without direct authority, resolve competing priorities, and drive work through execution
  • 4+ years of experience driving user adoption and lasting change through training, manager enablement, and hands-on problem solving
  • 4+ years of experience with clear, direct communication with senior leaders, including the ability to explain risk, decisions, and results in plain language

Desired Qualifications:

  • Hands-on experience building and testing generative AI and AI-agent prototypes, from prompt and workflow design through evaluation
  • Proven track record of moving AI or automation use cases into production and delivering measurable time or cost savings
  • Experience getting work done in Legal, Audit, Communications, or other control functions within a regulated environment
  • Product management experience, including backlog ownership, rapid iteration, decision-making, and post-launch measurement
