A Day in the LifeThis role is a hybrid of Business Analyst, Full Stack Engineer, AI/LLM Engineer, Solution Architect, and Technical Product Partner. The ideal candidate will be capable of working directly with business stakeholders to understand complex business problems, translate them into scalable technical solutions, and independently deliver full-stack AI-enabled applications from concept through production, or new features and enhancements to existing full stack Web AI applications within the company.

Required Knowledge & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or related field.
• Advanced experience with Python and frameworks such as Django, Flask, or FastAPI.
• Strong front-end development experience using React, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Experience with PostgreSQL and relational database design.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms, preferably AWS.
• Experience integrating Generative AI and LLM technologies (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, or similar).
• Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, ECS/EKS, CI/CD, and DevOps practices.
• Strong business analysis, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with Amazon Textract, AWS Bedrock, ECS/EKS, Lambda, and related AWS services is advantageous 
• Experience with RAG, vector databases, embeddings, semantic search, and AI evaluation frameworks is advantageous 
• Experience supporting AI solutions in healthcare, MedTech, life sciences, or other regulated industries is advantageous 
• Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps tools such as Jira, GitHub, or GitLab is advantageous 

Responsibilities may include:

• Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Design, develop, and enhance AI-powered web applications using modern full-stack technologies.
• Build and maintain backend services, APIs, databases, and front-end user interfaces.
• Develop Generative AI workflows using LLMs, prompt engineering, OCR, and document intelligence technologies.
• Deploy and support applications in AWS cloud environments.
• Implement secure, scalable, and compliant solutions aligned with enterprise standards.
• Troubleshoot production issues and drive continuous system improvements.
• Lead technical design, architecture decisions, and best practices for AI-enabled solutions.
• Mentor team members and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver business value.
