Job Description:

Job Summary

We are seeking an accomplished Lead Experience Designer for Agentic interaction who will lead the design of next-generation AI-powered experiences where humans and autonomous AI agents collaborate to accomplish business goals. You will also be responsible to define how users delegate work to agents, maintain visibility and control, handle exceptions, and build trust in AI-driven decisions.

 

This role requires expertise in AI/ML fundamentals, enterprise architecture design, and practical experience building production-grade AI/GenAI solutions. You will collaborate with data scientists, ML engineers, software engineers, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure, and innovative AI-powered systems that create measurable business value.

 

Core Responsibilities

·       Design Multi-Agent Systems: Define how autonomous AI agents collaborate, hand off tasks, and communicate intent to users

·       Reimagine existing business process into AI-enabled experiences.

·       Build Internal Tools: Create interfaces for logistics operators to monitor, override, and audit agentic decisions in real time.

·       Shape Customer Experience: Design conversational and proactive tracking, exception handling, and automated support interfaces.

·       Establish Design Systems: Create new interaction patterns, trust indicators, and guardrails for AI autonomy.

·       Lead Strategy: Partner with product, data science, and engineering teams to define the AI interaction roadmap
