Associate AI/ML Software Engineer About the Role The Associate AI/ML Software Engineer role is designed for individuals beginning their career in artificial intelligence and machine learning. In this position, you will work alongside experienced engineers to learn fundamental AI/ML concepts and contribute to projects under guidance. This entry-level role provides a foundation for growth while allowing you to apply your academic knowledge to real-world problems and develop essential skills in machine learning implementation. Key Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and implementing basic ML models and algorithms under close supervision
• Support data collection, cleaning, and preprocessing activities for model training
• Help maintain ML pipelines and workflows as part of larger projects
• Document work and contribute to team documentation following best practices
• Participate in code reviews to increase knowledge and improve coding standards
• Assist in model evaluation and testing processes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and use cases

Must Have Skills

• Python Programming: Ability to write clean, efficient code using Python for ML implementation and data manipulation tasks
• Machine Learning Fundamentals: Basic understanding of machine learning concepts, supervised/unsupervised learning, and common algorithms
• Data Structures and Algorithms: Knowledge of fundamental data structures and algorithms relevant to ML applications
• Deep Learning Frameworks: Familiarity with common frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow to assist with model implementation
• Analytical Problem-Solving: Ability to approach problems logically and develop systematic solutions

Preferred Education and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, or related field
• 0-2 years of relevant experience in machine learning or software development
• Coursework or projects involving machine learning, AI, or data analysis
