Support the development of an AI-powered Operations Assistant designed to help Field Operations Managers improve productivity, streamline decision-making, and optimize day-to-day work activities. The trainee will research, design, and prototype AI-driven solutions that assist managers in areas such as task prioritization, operational reporting, KPI monitoring, workforce planning, and action tracking. The project aims to reduce administrative effort and enable managers to focus on higher-value activities through digitalization, automation, and intelligent insights

Desired Skills Required:

·  Strong analytical, problem-solving, and self-learning capabilities

·  Keen interest in AI, automation, digital transformation, and process improvement

·  Familiarity with AI applications, workflow automation, or application development

·  Basic knowledge of Python, APIs, Power Platform, Power BI, or data analytics tools is advantageous

·  Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and navigate ambiguity

·  Good communication, presentation, and documentation skills

Learning Outcome:

·  Gain hands-on experience in researching, designing, and prototyping AI-powered solutions

·  Apply AI and automation technologies to address real-world operational challenges

·  Develop practical skills in requirements gathering, solution design, testing, and user-centric development
