Summary:
As a Responsible AI Engineer, a typical day involves evaluating artificial intelligence systems to ensure they meet established ethical, responsible, and sustainable criteria. This role requires continuous monitoring and assessment of AI models against specific benchmarks and thresholds. The engineer designs and applies technological strategies to address any deviations, ensuring that AI systems operate within the defined responsible frameworks. Collaboration with various stakeholders to maintain and enhance the integrity of AI solutions is a key aspect of daily activities, fostering an environment of accountability and trust in AI deployments.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead initiatives to integrate responsible AI principles into project workflows and deliverables.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to promote best practices in ethical AI development.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to identify and mitigate risks associated with AI system deployment.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Responsible AI.
- Strong understanding of ethical AI frameworks and guidelines.
- Experience in designing and implementing mitigation strategies for AI systems.
- Ability to assess AI models against compliance benchmarks and sustainability standards.
- Familiarity with AI system auditing and monitoring tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills related to AI ethics and governance.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Responsible AI.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
