IT Engineer

Exa is an applied AI lab building a search engine unlike the world has ever seen. We build massive-scale infra to crawl the entire web, train state-of-the-art embedding models to process it, and design super high performant vector databases to retrieve over it. As an IT Engineer, you'd work on everything that keeps Exa running. From IT infrastructure and device management, security, compliance, internal tooling, and onboarding.

What You'll Do

• Have experience working on end to end from device procurement, MDM, identity and access management, and endpoint security

• Help with office buildouts and operations as Exa scales

• Help Exans troubleshooting different IT issues

• Set up and manage AV and conference room infrastructure so the team can move fast without friction

• Help make sure new Exans are set up during onboarding so everyone is productive from day one

 

What We're Looking For

• Experience working in IT at a fast-growing startup

• Familiarity with security and compliance frameworks (SOC2, ISO 27001)

• Experience with identity and access management

• Has experience with AV and conference room infrastructure
