Make global business travel simpler for colleagues, candidates and guests, balancing individual needs with company policy. As a Corporate Travel Coordinator in Bristol, you’ll provide hands-on support across Graphcore’s global travel operations.
You’ll help employees and guests arrange journeys through our online booking tool and offline travel agents. Well-organised travel for candidates and new joiners will help create a positive first impression of Graphcore. You’ll also coordinate group travel that brings colleagues together for company events. Day to day, you’ll answer visa questions, arrange airport transfers and manage travel expense approvals. You’ll support the Travel Manager with ad-hoc projects and initiatives.
Beyond travel, you’ll support the wider Chief Financial Officer’s team with administrative tasks. You’ll book training courses, support onboarding and help our Graphcare committee.
You’ll join a growing travel team, supporting colleagues through the shared Travel inbox and Slack. You’ll take ownership of requests, respond promptly and use calm judgement when priorities change.
You’ll stay informed about travel trends, policies and global mobility updates. Professional development and learning resources will help you build your skills.
We welcome people from all backgrounds and experiences and are committed to building an inclusive environment where everyone can do their best work.
We’re an equal opportunity employer and recognise that everyone brings different strengths and perspectives. If you need any adjustments during the interview process, just let us know - we’re happy to support you.
Sponsorship
Applicants must have the legal right to work in the UK. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide visa sponsorship or support visa applications for this role.
Access to controlled technology
Some roles at Graphcore involve access to technology subject to U.S. export control regulations. Depending on the role, we may need to assess whether export authorisation is required, taking account of factors such as work location, citizenship and immigration status. Where authorisation is required, this may affect whether or when you can start the role. We’ll explain any relevant requirements during the recruitment process.
